Nick looked out over the forest outside of the cave he had been in and smiled at the familiar view. He had come to this cave when he was ten and searches the forest for any signs of dragons. He had come to this cave and looked around. The mother dragon obviously had not been living here then, but he had looked over his town just a mile away from here. Nick could see that it has not changed at all since he had been reborn.
Nick spotted his house and focusing could see both of his parents' cars. As well as his own still parked out front, it had obviously been a very short time since he had died and it might even be within the same week. Nick was about to move closer to his home when he felt a heavy weight push him to the ground, and saw his new mother had put one of her feet on him and was smiling down at him.
"You're not going anywhere Zash," his mother said smiling, "You haven't been alive two days, but you have been trying to head over to that human city. I keep telling you that the city is extremely dangerous and full of humans who will try to kill you or capture you. Humans are not friendly creatures and are constantly attacking each other just for the hell of it. You're not allowed to go near that city, ever!"
"I understand mother," Nick said meekly looking down at the ground, "I will not go near the human city."
"Good now why don't you go play with your brothers and sisters?" Nick's mother asked to start to turn back to the cave.
