Dad's request

Dad entered your room.

"Mommy," he said. You could see that dad had just taken a shower, he was wearing a bath robe and his hair was tied up in a towel. You could also see that his nails had been painted red.

Continuing dad said, "Chad messaged me." Chad wolf was Maggy's boyfriend. "He has tickets for the Meghan Trainor concert."

"I thought Meghan Trainor stopped touring?"

"She started again. Anyway he got these tickets and he wants me to go. Can I?"

You made everyone tell you what they were going to do so your plan was working.

"When is it?"

"Tonight, so say yes now I have to get ready."

You wanted to see your dad all dressed up in Maggy's clothes ready to go out. But you decided to see him sweat. "I don't know. This is sort of on short notice."

"Oh please, please, please. If you let me go, I'll do anything you want. I'll clean my room." This was silly since he would do anything you wanted as long as you had the orb.

"You won't be back too late?" You didn't care when they would get back. But you would have to do something about Chad. You would also have to do something about Willy's girlfriend (although now you supposed she was Ellen's girlfriend.)

"Before midnight. I promise."

"If your back before midnight. OK, you can go."

Dad gave you a quick hug and than ran to change. She had a lot to do before Chad got her. You wondered what dress he would pick and how will he put on his makeup.
