For a moment Naruto sees nothing but a white light. And when the light fades, he finds himself in the Hokage's Chair with Tsunade standing opposite him, wearing a tight, dark green, two-piece bikini, and a small belt around her waist equipped with a pen, notepad, and small pouch for money.
The Hokage's office itself had also changed. Along the desk was a series of dossiers on the women he could also recruit to work for him, as well as a menu full of tasty foods. He had made a new restaurant in town. And not only that, but he had converted the Hokage's mansion into that restaurant.
"Alright sir! Ho-Kages is almost set to open. But we have to get some more girls first. I'd be more than happy to go recruit!" Tsunade said with a smile and a wink, causing her breasts to jiggle wildly, barely restrained by her bikini top.
"Alright! Well, looks like I have some dossiers on some candidates right here!" he said with a mischievous smile, before tossing her a bag full of bikinis. "And these will give these girls figures like yours if they don't already have them. Now go out and get them. We need more waitresses before we can open."
Tsunade gave him a salute and a smile as she turned to walk away.
"Yes sir!" she purred. She slowly and sexily made her way out of the office, with Naruto watching her butt bounce and sway as she did. She stopped in the doorway and turned around, seeing him staring. She gigged and winked, then finally disappeared through the doorway.
She makes her way out into the street and looks up at the building, which now bears a large sign saying "HO-KAGES", and a large pair of breasts similar to her own as the background.
She turns out to the street, where a few men are outside staring at her, unable to keep their eyes away.
She looks down at the dossiers, and decides to start her quest by recruiting...
