However you had no idea of how really bad they were even with his explanation you were sure that they could be much worst. As the day began to fall night had finally came and Edward began to look very tired. " Star, you live on this deserted island alone right? Yet I don't see any place where you sleep. Can you show me to where you sleep?"
This was an unexpected question for you as a Mermaid the ocean would have been a far too dangerous place for you to ever sleep. You did occasionally rest your eyes for a bit but sleep wasn't exactly something too common for your kind since it was always better to be in motion especially to avoid predators from eating you. It was then you had a thought? You couldn't exactly keep the lie that you are human from him forever, so perhaps it would be just best to tell him the truth about yourself. After all he's told you so much about the surface world. You kind of desired to see his world with your own eyes, but telling the truth would have consequences as well. He may want you to swim him back to his main land and you weren't sure if you were ready to do that just yet.
