"Cream? no, she is a child... wait, could this be Vanilla? holy cow.." this was Vanilla The Rabbit, the real Vanilla however, in the sonic series and games she didn't have this kind of body, it might because you are in a... realistic dimension except that their faces and heads looks like they are in game.
Perhaps returning home isn't really part of your agenda.
