As Melanie played with her sand
she soon felt strange and the tickling return.
It lasted a few minutes and was slow but after
Melanie notices that something is different.
Melanie looked down at her sand pile,
confused as to why it seemed smaller than
it did a few moments ago.
So she piled up more sand...only to find that
it still seemed small.
"Need more sand!"
The girl sped up her work, piling up all
the sand she could get her hands on until
she was finally satisfied.
She placed the flag on top and slowly got up
to toddle towards the slide...totally unaware
that she'd spurted up a whole 10 inches taller.
