- "She doesn't know what it is ...", Sarah said as the girl stood next to her.
- "What is what ?", asked Serenity.
- "To have small breasts ..."
- "Oh... Hm okay. Why do you say that ?"
The doctor, whose eyes seemed to be lost on void, turned her sight to look at the young girl.
- "Because of your money... We talked about what uses you could make of it to makes you good and Dr Fushida think that spending it on breast surgery is the very last thing you should do with such amount of money."
She came closer to Serenity to stand right in front of her.
- "She think that people should accept themselves right as they are. Because if you don't, nobody else will. She doesn't get that it's not how all this works ! She thinks that using surgery or such to enhance yourself is something bad and unnecessary. But I think she's wrong."
Being very tall, the doctor bent her knees to have her face at the same height as Serenity's.
- "A girl having the money and opportunities to be something better should take any chance to be that better. And for your cute little chest ...", Dr. Ring subtly touched Serenity's chest with the tip of her finger, "... If I was you... I wouldn't hesitate to use this opportunity to give myself ...lets say... a little 'boost'..."
She gave a teasing smile to the girl and standing back up.
- "What do you mean, a little boost ? My breasts aren't right ?", Serenity asked, concerned.
Sarah looked down at Serenity with a smile, amused of the girl innocence and certainly a bit condescending.

So Serenity, after a good minute of consideration, said to Dr. Ring :
- "Well, I certainly would like to be a queen.", giving Dr. Ring her wonderful cute smile.
Dr. Ring smiled back at her :
- "Hehe. Oooh sweety, if you use some of your money to get a proper set of big juicy breast, I can ensure you'll be the goddamn queen around !"
The Dr. Ring and Serenity heard 2 male voices coming in their direction, to the room.
It was Doctors Sanaka and Watanabe coming back.
Dr. Ring regaining her strict face, quickly said to Serenity before the chief doctor reached them :
- "Ok, meet me this week. Tomorrow or later, just as you want. And I will order you an operation to give you those big breasts you deserved ! Just make sure to prepare the money for it. You'll see, you'll love that."
- "OK !", whispered Serenity.
- "We're back ladies !", shouted Dr. Sanaka to Dr. Ring, Fushida and Serenity.
Sanaka went to Serenity and started talking her about the remaining procedure and future appointment, but Serenity was absent-minded, thinking about Dr. Ring, her offer and the breast surgery. She was both excited and anxious with anticipation...
