Appearance: Halsey wears red and white robes that cover her from naked to chest along with a hood that hides her eyes. There is a large scar going straight across where her eyes used to be. She wears brown heeled shoes.
Biography: Halsey grew up with a loving family, consisting of a mother ,a father, and her elder brother Jamie. Her life was picturesque until one hot summer day when mercenaries mistook their village for a rival group. Her parents were killed in the fight were as her brother was nowhere to be found. The slavers asked her where her brother was, all she responded with was a stare. And so one slaver took her answer away by cutting them. She would have bled to death if it weren't for the surprising kindness of the leader of the group. He brought her back to camp and allowed her to stay as long as she did chores for him. Over the years she began developing her abilities of clairvoyance. She is a capable fighter due to her powers, so long as her opponent is a common thug. She foresaw the royal family killing the group, and said nothing. The forces were enthralled by the seer, and brought her with them back to Omerta where she currently resides.
