Booking It

Yeah, you have no time for this. The kid got you to the building; you can do the rest yourself. So, while he quails under the gaze of the terrifying librarian, you extract yourself from Ritchie's ear, drop to his shoulder, and run along before leaping into space.

Your form flies through the air toward the bookshelf, and no sooner have you slammed home then the goth girl whooshes past at incredible speed. Once her shadowed form has departed, you see the librarian march Ritchie away. You're in the clear, and alone.

Unfortunately, you realise that you're on the wrong side of the aisle! The tower topped by Werewolf Lovers is across the way, a vast gulf you will have to cross. You could do so by climbing to the ground and walking, or you could climb to the top of this structure and use some torn paper to glide across.

Both options have merits and dangers, but you could always leave that for now and get back to your old plan of finding a water source...
