It didn't matter that her immense shadow blocked out the sun. It didn't matter that you could lightly feel the shifts in her uncalculable weight, it didn't matter that you had a front row seat to her crotch area hanging overhead, or feel the heat... or even smell her just a bit. NO, NO, you had to focus on the beast in front of you, not the living mountain that cared nothing for your existence. A spare glance noticed that her expression was plain, slightly curious at the situation unfolding at her feet. She was studying Trevorina, barely giving your form a glance. A small smirk showed bemusement as she watched from the safety of her immensity high above, the struggle of life or death of the insects below.

---

Tara gazed with mild curiosity at the wolf spider about a foot and a half in front of her. It seemed to be parrying with its prey, some sort of large ant. She didn't pay the ant much heed, but instead studied the surprisingly brave wolf spider with interest. Other than seeing them in bug collections or jarred up, she had not had a chance to see one so close for so long in the wild. She would make note of that. As a botanist and environmentalist in training, she had come to these woods for a paper for her class. A couple of days studying the local fauna and especially flora would net her an easy A if she put the effort in. She had been looking for the perfect spot, and she'd found it not far off the beaten trail. A small glade with a large, somewhat rare for these parts, oak tree overshadowing it. She'd set up camp immediately, grabbed a couple small berries off the nearby berry bush, ate one, and saved the other for later study. Now she looked to the grassy world just outside her tent. Noting dozens of tiny insects scurrying about and taking note of each.

Out of the corner of her eye, she had noticed a bit of movement no more than a few feet away, at the base of a small incline that reached up and ended at the base of the oak tree, between the roots. A tiny stream, a trickle, ran out of the ground at its base and went off to her left, away from her tent. It was at least 4 or 5 feet from the action she was now taking notice of. She ambled over on her haunches and gazed down at a wolf spider, hunters that didn't build webs. True predators of the insect world. It seemed to have cornered an ant. She pulled out her magnifying glass to study the creature, and the incident, further. This would make an interesting note in her paper, she figured.

---

She didn't care, you realized from her face. There was no help from her, she was a goddess watching tiny creatures battle for her amusement. Clearly she hadn't recognized you human form, or you were sure there would be SOME sort of reaction. The immense green eye, little red veins magnified for your spectacle, gazed down upon your little match to the death. From above, it made sense, he didn't look very significant. Still, a part of you had prayed for her intervention. Another part of you was repulsed by the idea. This was your survival after all! You didn't want human intervention, she had butted her 1300 foot ass into your project!

But these thoughts are quickly subdued by the immediate fight for your very life. You decided you could not fend off another frontal assault, and moved swiftly to your left then back to your right, spear pointed towards your foe at all times. It worked, as Trevorina seemed taken aback by your swift, unusual movements. Turning to her left and right, parrying your movements, she finally decided enough was enough and darted forward once again, however your sudden jump right caused her to rush past you, and you got a good blow on her side, drawing a bit of blood, you fell to the ground after you lunged for the blow, laying out completely. She pulled her legs in close and began watching you intently again from a few dozen feet away, where she had slightly retreated. You were sure a bug could hate. You quickly got back to your feet, focused completely on your foe, when you heard a huge *GASP* from above. Sparing a look you noticed the green orb focused not on the spider anymore, nor the fight in general. But intensely on YOU. You lost your focus on the fight as you couldn't help but look away from the gigantic eye, now clearly studying your frail form. Below and beyond the magnifying glass, you notice massive 0 shaped cave, the woman's mouth, wide open with shock. Seems she may have noticed what you were after all...

Taking advantage of your distraction, Trevorina darts forward, closing the gap quickly, she'd be on you in seconds. Your attention returns too late, and you have no tactics but to lower the spear and face the attack head on. What happens?
