Karen and Laura were both in living room as their parents were busily packing things to bags. For the first time they decided to let the two stay at home without leaving babysitter or anyone else to take care of them. Karen was lying on the sofa, and doing something on her phone, while Laura was playing video games on a console that was connected to the TV. The sisters weren't wearing their shoes since there was no need to do so at home.
After a while Mr. and Mrs. Waters were ready to go, so they approached their kids to say goodbye.
"Don't burn down the house while we are gone!"Said their father jokingly
"And remember that dinner is in the fridge!"Added their mother
"Okay thanks!"Said the sisters
Then after saying goodbye for the last time, Mr. and Mrs. Waters went outside. In a moment the sisters could hear the sound of car leaving the driveway.
The two went back to what were they doing before, however after a while Laura seemingly got bored of the videogame.
"Maybe we should do something?"She asked her older sister
"Huh? Well, I'm not really bored here. Do something by yourself."Said Karen
"Oh, come on sis! We should use the occasion that we have absolute freedom for two days!"Said Laura
"Doing what?"Asked Karen
Laura thought for a moment...
