The ground was pretty soft to you though it was a bit hot. It didn’t cause you to rise to your feet since you were recovering from your fall but you started to get a bad feeling when you ripped off a chunk of the ‘ground’. You take a hesitant bite out of it and the realization hit you. This was a patty.
“Oh no, I’m on a burger!” Before you could rise to your feet and run to the edge, something struck you from above and pinned you down. It was ketchup launched straight from the massive bottle and it was quite hard to breath under when the bottle moved away from the burger. You were able to wipe away some of it from your face just in time to see the top of a bun coming down on you.
You didn’t imagine your invention would cause you to shrink so small that you’d be trapped in a burger of all things. Maybe there was something wrong with the portal, but you’d have to make it back to your lab to fix it. However, you might not make it given your current predicament.
While you tried so hard to crawl forward with the bread bun and the ketchup hindering your progress, you felt yourself lifted up from the counter towards somewhere else. This burger must be meant for a customer and they seemed quite eager to have you for lunch. Time was running short and you were getting desperate to escape.
The ‘ceiling’ suddenly pressed down on you and left you immobilized. The burger was being raised high above the ground, and then someone took a big bite out of it. White teeth pierced through the burger and they pulled back with the chunk of meat in front of you. You were seeing someone’s mouth up close as they chewed so slowly with a big smile on their face.
The blonde-haired teenage boy was just as gigantic as everything else, his strength utterly powerful and dangerous to someone as small as you, He’d probably crush you like a bug if he ever saw you on the ground and the thought of that was enough to make you panic. The boy easily gulped down the piece in his mouth and a small lump traveled down his throat, now he was ready to take another bite.
You watched his mouth get closer and tore up another piece, this time it was way too close to you. You were so close to his massively white teeth, it was like a row of walls to you. He pulled the burger back and chewed his mouthful with a smile again. You were next.
With all the strength you could muster, you tried to crawl out of the burger while your eyes remained locked on the boy, He gulped down again and used one hand to grab a cup of soda and sipped through a bendy straw. That gave you a bit of time but not by much, so you kept on going as fast as you could. But were you able to make it, or were you in big trouble?
