What Lies Ahead...

"I don't want to stay here, but if we have to, we should at least prepare a little before shit gets bad." Matt said as he headed back towards the rest of the group. "We need to do a supply run now before the snow and zombies multiply." Leo quickly caught up to him and began walking alongside him with Janice following close behind. "Are you sure?" he asked. "We have plenty of food and water for a while and most of the stuff we need is here in the mall."

Matt frowned as he turned to Leo. "Yeah we got supplies for a couple weeks maybe, but someone already told me that this place doesn't have a gun store or any sort of medical shop besides a pharmaceutical place stocked with cold pills and painkillers. If those undead bitches find a way inside we're screwed, not to mention how many people we might find to help secure this place..." Matt took a deep breath as he turned to look straight ahead.

"All I'm saying is that we need to plan ahead. We got supplies here within reach, yeah, but what about the supplies we might not have access to tomorrow or the next day? We can always grab some shit from the store right next door to us, but if that fucking weather and undead plague keep up we might be stuck here for more than just a few days or weeks. I just think we need to grab the pie from the window before it closes and we lose it is all, you feel me?"

Leo was quiet for a moment, then silently nodded his head in agreement. "Good point, we may have a full scale blizzard on our hands soon, on top of the zombies..." The big man frowned as he thought over something. Janice didn't say a word, but the look on her face told Matt that she knew he was right. "We need to move soon, today might be our last clear day for a while and it'll be dark in just seven or eight more hours." Matt finished as the group began riding up the escalator to the second floor of the mall.

When they arrived back at the restaurant where the other survivors were Matt began to go over his plan to...
