"We do have a hand to finish," Nadine said pointedly. You notice, though, Nadine is relaxed in her tone. Whatever bad blood was between her and Cassie at the beginning has disappeared.
"Let's just call this a null hand," Cassie said. "I've got a couple of interesting side games we can play while we wait."
"While we wait for what?" Tifa asks.
"Well, we're serving the kid up an ethnically diverse buffet," Cassie observes, which gets a big laugh out of Nadine, "I think we should bring a Latina player into the mix."
"Can you find someone?" Tifa asked.
Cassie nodded. "If no ones has any objections, I already have someone in mind."
Everyone shakes their head, including you. You have to admit you're kind of curious who Cassie has in mind.
Cassie went to one wall with a phone hanging on it and, after pushing a few buttons, got who she was referring to. After a few hushed words, Cassie hangs up the phone and grins. "She's on her way. She should be here in about..."
