Tsunade shuved naruto's head face up on to her chare behind her desk it had grown lagrger to acmidate her new size, she then sat her fat saggy bare ass on his terrified face,
he tried to scream for help from between her mammoth ass cheeks, but the over overwhelmingly large amount of her ass fat muffled his cry's for help to the point that no one but his tormentor could hear him.
"ummmm. humumm, mmmmmu!"
Tsunade giggled at his wasted efforts, she then cast a jutsu that allowed him to hear all that was going on around him, it also allowed him to talk directly to her, but only her.
"scream all you want naruto, but i'm the only one who will be able to hear them" sill panicked he asked" what do you mean?"
Tsunade smirked and slapped her fat ass making it jiggle in all of its blubbery glory"its simple naruto your voice is barly able to be heard as a muffle sound under all this fat!" just then to illistrate her point shizune came into the room with some paper work.
"oh lady Tsunade your in your true form to day is it a special occasion?" Tsunade smirked"not at all shizune just needed to strch my body out"
at that moment naruto tried to call out to shizune for help "lady Tsunade did you hear a muffled sound?"
Tsunade smirked as she awnserd "not at all it must be your imagination shizune " she noted "oh ok i gues ill be off then" Tsunade riazed her pudgy hand "shizune wait i have some paper work tat i need you to file for me, for the next 3 mounths naruto will be on a deep under cover mission" shizune was shocked by this
"lady Tsunade you did paper work with out me having to force you kicking and screeming, im so proud!" she cried tears of joy as she said it.
