Balto becomes lazy and packs on the pounds.

as balto was named the hero of the town and accepted into a loving family, he quickly got use to the lazy household dog lifestyle.
constant warm, abunadant food and loving pets. as he grew more accustom to this lifestyle he slowly began to gain more weight. one night after his normal dinner, he noticed the leftovers at the table and walked over before he looked up into the children's eyes. they giggled and said "momma, pappa, i think balto is still hungry" the adults looked down at the wolf hybrid and laughed "getting a growing appetite are we boy?" father asked, he barked in response causing the children to laugh. while their mother looked skeptical she then gave into his adorning puppy eyes and smiled "alright boy, but just for tonight"
balto barked again in victory as the massive load of leftovers greeted his chocolate eyes. without hesitation he began to chow down, savouring each rich and greasy flavour.

as he finally finished the load, he sat back and rubbed his bloated gut. he'd never been this full before and whined slightly as the pleasure and pain overwhelmed him.
his family looked at him and father leant down and started to rub his boy's full tummy, this helped relieve balto's discomfort as he licked the man's face before slowly walking to lay by the fire.
mother looked over at the bloated dog and said to her family "we need to how much we feed Balto, he's not use to such large amounts of food"
the children looked at her and whined "but look mommy, he's so happy. he was so thin..." she did in fact look at the dog to see a smile on his lips as he lay asleep.

she looked back and said "we can treat him... sometimes. ok"
they cheered and all went to bed.
