"Oh, well okay. I don't really know too much about how it works, just once you wish for something any maybe shake it enough it glows a lot." He told Jane, who quickly slipped it off his finger and onto her own.
"Do you have any idea who it could summon? Goodness gracious, do they have to be real, or somewhere nearby?" she asked.
"No clue. Your guess is as good as any."
"Hmm.." Jane pondered curiously at the ring. She gave it a firm shake and watched it glow seething red only to cool down again quickly after. She thought of all the people and characters and ideas she knew, and they almost seemed to fuel it, just as her intense examination fueled her desire to use it.
"Why don't you suggest someone? Might as well see if it works." Sarah said, sighing and dribbling the ball a bit more.
"But trepidation! There are so many ways that could work, how do we know if it even works? Who would we 'summon' anyway?" Jane questioned insistently. Finally Brandon wasn't about to let anymore pointless speculating over it any longer. He'd see it's use for himself.
Putting a hand on Jane's ring finger and tapping it slightly, he said,
"I sure wish we could have with it us..."
