You approach a man with a woman's body

As you take in your new, futuristic surroundings, your eye catches a man coming your way. The strange thing was that his head was one a woman's body, yet nobody seemed to find that strange except you. Wanting to know more, you approach the man/woman stopping in front of him. He stares at you for a few seconds, wondering what you are doing.

"Is there something wrong?" He said while folding his feminine arms under his breasts.

"Um...Sorry, but I'm not from around here. Can I just ask, if it's not too rude, why is your head on a woman's body?" You ask, nervously.

He responds....
