A warmth begin to spread across Sam as she felt her muscles start to twitch! She watched as her legs began to fill out, her calves and thighs thickening slowly but surely with each passing second. Soon after, her abs started to join in the growth, the beginnings of a 6-pack becoming more and more visible. The redhead watched in surprise as her chest started to push forward, her breasts pushing against the fabric of her bra. Her arms started to grow too, her biceps moving from lemons to footballs and beyond! Naturally, in order for her body to take the increase in mass, her shoulders and back began to grow wider, placing a strain on the girl's clothes. Man, Sam thought, Even Alex didn't grow this big, and she ate a couple of these bars! I only had one and I'm already bigger than what she was!
After a couple of minutes, the warmth had faded and her body stopped growing. Taking a moment to collect herself after what had just happened, Sam went over to her full - length mirror and couldn't believe it was her own reflection! She was as big as a male heavyweight body-builder, maybe even a tad bigger! With arms as big as volleyballs, a defined six packs and legs as hard as steel, she was one of the strongest beings on the planet! Even more astonishing was the fact that she didn't lose any of her womanly curves, in fact, they were even more defined. Her breasts had grown to DD-cups with her abs pushing them out even further! Even her butt looked a little more plump and fuller than before! All in all, Sam was quite happy with the outcome of her experiment. Her results had surpassed what she previously thought would happen by far! Sam did a double bicep flex and watched with glee as they rose into the air. Not only do I have more power than ever before. Sam thought, but this muscle makes me look good. I bet I might be able to get more guys to notice me like this.
Sam's thoughts were cut short as she heard a "Rip!" sound coming from her shirt. It seemed as though her shirt couldn't take the entirely of her flex and started to tear from the sides. In fact, looking at the state of her clothes, Sam saw that they had quite a strain on them, trying to contain the new bulk that was Sam. Uh-oh, better change into something a little more loose, she thought. With that, Sam carefully took off her clothes, trying to minimize the damage that she could cause to them with her new muscles. After stripping down to her bra and panties, Sam took another look at herself in the mirror. Thankfully, while a bit snug, they were holding up for her. That's good, Sam thought, although I should get bigger ones later. Clothes aside, she could not help looking at her new body and how good it looked and felt on her. Deciding to flex a bit more to fully explore what her body could do, Sam tried to pull all the poses she could think of off-hand. After that, her muscles still a bit pumped from the poses making her look even bigger, Sam wondered what to do next. Her eyes glanced over to the bars laying on her desk. Sam was tempted to try another bar to see how much bigger it would make her. If the growth went too far for her, she could probably reverse engineer the bars again and make a version that shrink muscle mass, so she would be fine with having more. However, she hadn't been out for a while and had the urge to go out and show these muscles to the world! Besides, she could take some of the bars with her while she was out if she wanted to grow! What decision would she go with?
