An siren sounded at an underground facility outside of the city. As scientists and soldiers scurry about to find out what's going on. At the central area, stood what seemed like a general along with the head scientist.
"What's the meaning of this? An intruder?" The general said. "Report!" As a eye glass wearing officer approached the general and scientists.
"Well sir. It isn't an intruder. A alien specimen had escaped the compound." He said adjusting his glasses as he handed the clipboard.
"What is this alien, Mr. Mines." The general asked the head of the facility. He squinted as he looked up and down.
"That is of most importance general." He said simply.
"There are teams already scrambling to find it, general." The officer said.
"You better. We will be in deep trouble if this gets out into the media." General said as he glared causing the room to drop several degrees.
Meanwhile back in the city.
Alexis classes were done as it was evening. She sighed as she packed up her things. She was in college. A scholar.
"See you tomorrow, Alex." Said one of her female classmates.
"Yeah! See you!" Alexis said as she exited the classroom and went into the bathroom. "Mine as well freshen up a bit."
Back at the underground facility...
"Mines.. Just what had escaped?" The general said inside the head scientist room.
"The alien? It's a ...." Mines said as he sat in his desk.
