And what's a few more?

Unaware of the "Gravid" chaos she just seeded at her place of employment, Sarah left MegaGym with a smile on her face, for sure that she just convinced all of her co-workers, and more importantly, her boss Emily, to chose Xpect as the drink of choice for the gym.

Looking at the clock, she uttered a small swear under her breath, and walked back to the car. Putting her gym bag, still holding a few cans of Xpect, in the backseat, she got in the front and buckled up.

Her stomach emitted a low rumble, and she felt as if she hadn't eaten in the history of forever. She had.... a craving? Nonsense. She didn't crave. All of her meals were pre-planned for perfect nutritional value. Still... Pizza could be good right now.

Sarah shook her head, trying to get the almost insatiable craving out of her head, as she started the car and drove back home. The ride home itself was uneventful, but that was to change as Sarah climbed up the flights of stairs to her apartment floor.

Her apartment floor was home to four people. Apartment One was home to The Hamiltons, David, age 45, his wife Trisha age 47, and their twin daughters Laci and Maci, age 19. They moved in a little while ago while they were building a home in a suburb in town. Unfortunately, some shady practices by the construction company has left the partially finished house in limbo as The Hamiltons wait for some court decisions before they find another contractor to finish the job. Something about property lines, building materials or something, Sarah didn't quite remember.

Their apartment was quite big, the biggest on the floor actually, so it's wasn't like they were crammed into a tiny tin can. David worked in an office, doing something that Sarah couldn't quite remember, while Trisha was a nurse. The girls were attending the local college. Laci was 6'3, thin, busty, and GOTH. She was so goth she probably shat bats. Her lipstick was black, her eyeliner was black, her hair was black, her earings were black, everything as black. Sarah remembered the goths from High School, and was surprised to learn that old fads die hard.

Maci on the other hand, was a total valley girl, if in fact, the town they lived in was in a valley. Bleached blonde hair, blue contact lenses, low cut tops that showed off ample cleavage, bright red lips, blue eyeshadow, short shorts. She drove the men nuts, and she knew it. She loved using her looks to get whatever she wanted, but that didn't make Maci a spoiled brat. She was smart, hard working, and above all chaste. She was in it for the thrill, and what was a few dinner and movie if she didn't have to pay?

Next door to Sarah and Britney, was Ms. Hilary Perkins. Ms. Hilary Perkins, as everyone called her, was a her early 60's. She lived by herself, and talked to of the neighbors on occasion, but struck Sarah as woman who just wanted to be left alone, and many granted that request for her.

Apartment Three was home to "Superstar" Sabrina. A red-headed bomb-shell in her early 20's, her claim to fame that she was in a commercial that one time that some people vaguely remember seeing at something o'clock in the morning. She claims that she's "an actress" but most people see to remember her as "The Secretary In The Tight Dress", because she the curves to fill them out. She claimed that she was going to be a "big star" one day, but Sarah always wondered when.

Apartment Four was home to the newlyweds Tami and Andrew Smiths. Just married, they moved into an apartment, although Sarah wondered why as they were never in it half of the time. They were always traveling to museums, going on trips, or whatever it was that newlyweds did without kids. The Hamiltons were wondering when the Smiths would start popping out young ones, which as Sarah overheard was a strong and firm "Never".

"Hello Sarah!" Dave Hamilton said, waving from the apartment door. "Hi Dave" Sarah smiled back. "Getting back from work today?" Dave asked, his eyes non-shalently eyeing Sarah's body in her workout gear. He did this every time he saw her in her outfit, and she didn't mind. Men will be men after all.

"Yeah. Just closed a big deal at the gym today. I got us to sponsor this new energy drink for our big fitness expo coming up. Check it out" Sarah said, opening up her bag and pulling out the cans of Xpect. "Xpect?" David asked eyeing the can. "It's amazing. It's made from all natural ingredients and really cleans out your body of toxins" Sarah said, pitching the drink to her neighbor. "Really?" David said looking at the can.

"Yup. And we - - Oh hey, Laci. Maci" Sarah said as the valley girl and the goth pulled open the door to see who it was from their side.
"Hey" they said in unison, Laci never once looking up from her black, heavy metal band logo covered smart phone, while Maci twirled her long blonde locks with her finger.
"Girls, Sarah has a new energy drink. Sounds pretty great. Think we should try it?" David said, handing a can over to Laci.
"Whatever" The girls said in unison, not looking up from their phone or playing with their hair.
"Think I can get a few cans for us?" David asked.

"I didn't think you were much into energy drinks Mr. H" Sarah said, handing out 3 additional cans of the drink.
"Well, I'm not usually, but these girls here slam these things, and I figure, hey let's try to see what makes these things all the rage huh? YOBO; You're Only Born Once, #AMIRITEGIRLS?" David said, trying to be hip and cool, and failing so epicly, eons from now, it will be recognized as a historical event worthy of study.

"Whatever" The two girls said in unison, cracking open their Xpect cans, chugging them together, tossing the cans into recycling and then leaving without ever saying a word other than "Whatever"
David laughed and said "College kids" before drinking his can of Xpect. He took one last can, saying he'll make sure his wife will drink it when she gets home, his face looking unusually pale.

The conversation ended sometime later by a strange bought of nausea, from the three members of the Hamilton family, but Sarah felt fantastic. If she could get everyone else on her floor hooked on this stuff, she could push them in the direction of MegaGym.

And so she went knocking to each door, successfully getting each person on the floor to try Xpect. Each. Single. Person.
It was like a dream Sarah thought. It was almost like the were hypnotized into not saying "no". Finishing up her task with the Smiths, the sounds of puking being softly heard behind their door from both husband and wife, Sarah returned to her apartment (passing along the door to Ms. Hilary Perkins, whom seemed to be also experiencing a toxin cleanse of her own after trying the drink).

"Brit! I'm home!" Sarah said in a delightful sing-song voice. Not only had she (in her own mind) pitched Xpect to her co-workers and boss, she managed to sell the drink to everyone on her floor! Maybe she could sell this stuff door to door! She could make some serious extra money!
"Brit?" Sarah asked, looking around to find Britney asleep on the couch, her hands resting on her midsection, with a huge smile on her face.

"I wonder what you're dreaming about" Sarah thought, opening the fridge and grabbing a large salad she prepared for herself earlier in the day.
She grabbed a few pieces of chicken to put in the salad, but a groan of protest from her stomach, made her drown the once healthy salad in chicken and ranch dressing.

Still healthier for her than the pizza she was craving, she sat down and ate the salad with a ravenous hunger. She practically licked the bowl clean by the time she done. Letting out a small burp after words, Sarah looked over at the clock and felt more tired than usual.

"That's weird. Wonder what's got me so sleepy today?" She asked stifling a yawn as she contemplated staying up or getting to bed early.
