alright, which of these shall we do?

1) Wendy tells Mabel or Tambry that she turned him down because she was secretly a shoutacon and in love with Dipper, but was ashamed of it and didn't want everyone to know about it. however, the person she tells puts her in a situation where she has no choice but to tell Dipper the truth
2) Bill appears in one of Dipper's dreams, and makes Dipper an offer he can't and won't refuse to get with Wendy
