The only reasonable option that comes to mind is to let nature take its course and travel through her digestive system. In some ways this did sound appealing but in some ways not so much. You just have to hope you avoid digestion and avoid being flushed down the toilet. Easier said then done.

Your little sisters gut begins to mix everything, including you, in he stomach. The entrance into her small intestine opens up and everything began to slosh into it. You take a deep breath and go along with the flow into her small intestine. You become encapsulated in the mush but this does keep you safe from the acid so you just continue along.

You can hear faintly your sister playing with some toys as you journey through her belly without her knowledge.
