While Cassie was still stilling still, you had to try and get her attention. You could tell she wouldn't be able to directly spot you, but what if you could trigger an indirect response? How about a sneeze? With this in mind, you shove your arm as far into her nose as possible. After digging through some shot, you feel a good sized nose hair, and you pull.
The effects are immediate. Her nose twitches, nearly shaking you off, and she stands up to walk to a tissue box. You pull again, this time harder. "Ugh, my nose is so itchy today." She pulls up the tissue to her nose, completely covering you in it, and she blows as hard as she can. You are thrown right into the tissue as gallons of gooey snot pour all over you. Your mouth opens as an involuntary urge to scream, but it fills up so quickly you only get a gurgle out. With her nose clear, she balls up the tissue (which forces you into the fetal position) and chucks the snot-rag towards the garbage.
From your current vantage point, you can't see all that much. However, you could feel the Kleenex hit a solid surface and fall downwards. With the motions over, you pry open the rag and pull yourself out. Although the plan wasn't perfect, it did reveal that it is possible to be noticed. It just wasn't going to be easy being noticed as a person. With the back of the tissue, you wipe off most of the goop, and begin to take stock of your surroundings. The tissue had landed far from Casandra, leaving you much closer to the kitchen, which, if your remember right from the last time you visited, leads to the two restrooms and the bedrooms. The bedrooms would be the best goal, because while sleeping, you could easily get to the right spot to trigger these reactions you needed.
