TIME: Kingdom Hearts I
LOCATION: Destiny Islands
It was bright and sunny on the Island, like always. Sora and Riku had just finished sparring after a few hours of racing and both boys were tired and exhausted. From the score, it was 1 to 1, so a tie at best. The two were best friends and rivals, but unbeknownst to Sora, Riku actually held romantic feelings for him.
"Man, I'm beat," said Sora as he hopped onto the Paopu Tree to sit down on the branch, like he had always done with Kairi. Riku had taken to leaving on the trunk like always since he hadn't sat on the back with someone since he was 10. Both boys were sweaty from the sparring session, "You really put me through the wringer today."
" Yeah, you're improving, " said Riku. Riku couldn't help but look at Sora's oversized yellow sneakers. Unlike most of their friends, Riku had seen Sora's feet a number of times, and he knew they were probably sweating in there. It brought Riku's mind back to when they were smaller, thinking about when Sora wore sandals. He has remembered him and sometimes Kairi cleaning the sand from in between Sora's toes, tickling him. He had stopped wearing them when he turned eleven, when his feet started growing a little bigger than the rest of him. Kids have made fun of him for it, which is why Sora only ever got his feet out around Riku. Then, Riku got an idea in his head. He walked over to Sora's legs and began to take his shoes off.
"Hey, what are you doing?" Sora asked, blushing as Riku began messing with his sneakers.
"Giving your big stompers a chance to breath," Riku snarked as he finally succeeded in taking the shoes off. Now he had Sora's big bare feet right in front of him, with their stench hitting his nose.
"Phew, and it's a good thing I did," said Riku holding his nose, "Your feet stink!" Sora blushed in embarrassment, muttering a small sorry. "It's fine, but you should probably go back to wearing sandals."
"Maybe," said Sora as he wiggled his smelly toes, "So, what are you going to them?" Riku thought about it. What can be do to Sora's feet?
There were many options. He could either tickle them like he usually did when Sora got his feet out, sniff them to see exactly what they smell like, or he could pick them clean which would still tickle him considering how sensitive his feet were. What should he do?
