The semester flew by once you got into a regular schedule of homework and tests and classes. At night and on weekends though, you'd hang out with your neighbors and go to party's, enjoying whatever free time you had.
Before long, the semester was wrapping up, and campus was littered with string lights and students studying for late scheduled finals. Luckily for you and the girls, your finals were scheduled earlier during finals week, so once they were done you had some free time to enjoy the holiday season.
Unfortunately, you wouldn't be going home for Christmas. Your hometown had been having unusually heavy snow this year, and a heavy blizzard would keep you from being able to fly. In a couple of days, everyone would be home with their families and you'd be alone in the dorm. But that was ok, you still had some time before then, and it couldn't be helped.
The four of you mostly hung out in Brittany and Kayla's dorm room, and so they'd gone all out decking it out for Christmas. They had string lights, stuffed animal reindeer, and even a little tree in the corner. You were all drinking hot cocoa as you discussed your Christmas plans.
"I've got got an overnight flight back home. With the layover it's almost 8 hours of flying, super annoying." Brittany said. "It'll be good to see my sister again though."
"Driving home in holiday traffic isn't going to be fun either." Kayla said. She lived only a few hours from the college, and had a car on campus.
"At least you guys get to go home." You said. Brittany looked like she was going to say something about that, but then Maggie cut in:
"Enough complaining about travelling! I need advice. What should I get for our soccer team gift exchange?"
"You'd complain about travelling if you weren't a thirty minute train ride from the school." Kayla said.
"Can't you just get them cleats or something? I think I remember something about soccer players needing cleats." You said, and Maggie elbowed you for the dumb comment.
If you had had helpful advice you would have given. You were currently preoccupied with the fact that you still had to get Kayla a present. The four of you had set up your own gift exchange, and you'd been randomly assigned to get Kayla a gift. It was easier than trying to figure out something for Maggie, but you'd been hoping to get Brittany, who liked everything. You also couldn't help but wonder who had been assigned to get a gift for you. Again you hoped it was Brittany, since you didn't get the sense Maggie would do a very good job.
Of course, this was going to be a very unusual first Christmas at college for you, as you soon find yourself in a tiny predicament.
What happens to you?
1. Brittany doesn't like the idea of you spending Christmas alone and decides to bring you home to her family Christmas, but since that involves a flight and there are no tickets left, she shrinks you and smuggles you on the plane up her butt.
2. Maggie is still unsure what to get as a gift for her soccer team Secret Santa, so she decides her best bet is to shrink you and make you into a present for one of her teammates.
3. At a loss for what to get Kayla, you ask Brittany for advice, so she shrinks you, deciding to make you into a perfect present for Kayla.
4. Brittany and Kayla are having you and Maggie over to their room to watch Christmas movies. You shrink on their couch when no one is watching, and they assume you left. Now three giant pajama-clad butts are headed your way to settle in for a long night of movies.
