Ask to be able to communicate with Elizabeth

"Can I have a way of communicating with Elizabeth?" You ask
"Uh, yes just wait as second" replied Alisa
Alias looks at you and gives you a thumbs up to tell you that you can talk to her now.
"Hello? Elizabeth?" You say.
"What? Who's there?" She replies sounding slightly panicked.
"Um this will sound kind of weird but I'm your baby"
"What? No you can't be!"
"Let me prove it. You'll feel a kick in 3-2-1!" You kicked the side of your mothers womb wall and you felt her rub her hands along the spot you kicked.
"Wow, I-it really is you! How are you talking to me though?"
"I came across some ancient magic and became a Fetus and there is a sort of pregnancy genie that is letting me talk to you"
"Well this is amazing! But I'm sure you would like to come out soon? It seems quite boring in there"
"Actually it isn't. I can take a look outside of here for a short while and look at you and I can have wishes granted to me to help or enhance your pregnancy, watch!"
You looked over to Alisa and said to her:
" I wish that Elizabeth's belly was bigger"
Alisa nodded at you and flourished her hands. Outside of the womb Elizabeth was looking down in amazement at her belly which was expanding steadily. She began to stroke it as it grew and grew before it stopped growing, her belly now looking like she was well overdue with twins.
"Oh my god, that felt amazing!" Said Elizabeth who was now admiring her larger belly in the mirror."what else can you do in there?" She asked.
