Just a minute ago, Christine’s living room was crowded with members of her family. Now, it had been cleared up at the insistence of the adults. The children, who had no say in this matter, had been shrunken down. They all looked at each other, all feeling a bit anxious at the sheer amount of giants looming over the coffee table they stood on. However, interestingly enough, Audrey was spared, and she wore that relief in a wide smile as she stared down at her sisters and her cousins.
“Hey! What gives?” Penny shouted up. “Why isn’t Audrey tiny?”
Christine chuckled. “She’s old enough to drink, so she doesn’t shrink.” She wrapped her arm around her niece. “Welcome to the adult’s table.”
“Sweet,” Audrey hummed, taking a seat on the couch. She kicked her feet up on the coffee table, wriggling her socked toes as if to intimidate the others. The other adults laughed in response.
“So,” Christine hummed. “How about I get you all something to drink?”
The adults sat around the living room, talking and catching up. Ava, ever protective of her only child, carried him in her palm close to her chest. Peter kept his eyes on his phone, trying to ignore the massive world around him.
Renee carried her daughter Lucy and her niece Penny on her shoulder. The two shrunken teenagers ignored the adults around them, talking to each other.
Audrey held her sister Riley between her breasts. Riley pushed against the fleshy globes that pressed against her. She stared up at her aunts and uncles sitting around and talking. Then, the tiny sister made eye contact with her aunt Ava.
“You know, Audrey,” Ava spoke up after taking a sip from her drink, “your mother really liked to carry us between her breasts.”
“Where didn’t she stuff us?” Christine joked, “I’m sure I’m gay just because Marie shoved me between her tits all the time.” The others laughed as Christine leaned over to kiss her fiancée.
“Seriously though,” Renee spoke up, “Marie was a monster.”
Audrey leaned back into the couch. “What did she do?”
“You don’t even want to know,” Ava cupped her breasts and then proceeded to do an impression of Audrey’s mtother. “I’ve got twin sisters, one for each cup.”
“Or sock,” Christine added, swirling her drink. “Trust me, Audrey, we have way more than enough horror stories to go around.”
