They arrived in Tsunade's tent, both gasping for breath as they came in. Tsunade was looking better than she had in days, practically back to her old self, save for one problem; she was kicking her legs everywhere and babbling incoherently.
"What's wrong with her?" Sakura asked, worried.
Shizune shrugged, "I don't know. All I know is that all of a sudden, Lady Tsunade began to pee herself in her sleep. I thought this was a good sign and thought nothing off it, but when I went to change her sheets, she woke up and started to cry. I don't know how she stopped, but she's been like this ever since. It's like she's had a full regression".
"How long has she been like this?" Sakura asked.
"Almost an hour, but I-" Shizune started when Tsunade sat up and asked, "Sakura...Shizune...what's going on?"
Both kunoichi stared at her before Shizune cried, "Tsunade-sama! You're alright!"
Tsunade sighed, "Of course I'm alright. I haven't been anywhere else, have I?"
"Well..." Sakura started, but Shizune cut her off, "No, I guess not. What do you remember?"
"I remember the fight with Pain, and then using all of my chakra to help the village...after that...nothing", Tsunade muttered, "What happened?"
Sakura went through the tale of Naruto's fight and afterwards, Tsunade sighed with relief, "Well, that's one crisis averted".
"Right", Sakura sighed as she looked towards Shizune as well.
"Where is Naruto now?" Tsunade asked as the others looked to her.
"He's resting. He used a lot of his...", Shizune started but Tsunade stopped her in her tracks, "Take me to him".
"What?" Sakura asked, "But why do you need to see him now?"
"Because..." Tsunade answered looking down at herself, "I need my diaper changed".
