You decide you're not done with the remote just yet. Sure, taking Peach's clothes had been interesting, but there was much more you could do with this remote. You could swap some more, testing out other buttons, or swapping with other people. You could also try taking it apart in your room to try and figure out how it worked, but that was more risky, because if you broke something, you might end up stuck in Peach's dress, or risk activating some random swaps without being about to control it.
