A thought popped into your head. Now is a chance to escape! You look under you, the scarlet blood started to dissipate. You aren't sure how deep you are in the water, but you're sure Risa wouldn't have gone too far from the edge of the pool. You take several smalls breathes before taking a deep one and diving under the boat. You swam over the side and looked up. The surface of the water was several tail lengths above you, at least two dozen. You were right, she wasn't far from the edge of the pool either.
You had a thought about going back in and getting more air, but the boat was gone. You looked at the clear view of Risa, the sun bled through the water, turning her silhouette into an actual character. Her deep green eyes glared at you. Her mouth was full, but soon became vacant with a loud audible swallow. You swam as fast as you could, Risa even allowed you to swim close to the surface. Now it was just a few arms lengths away. Risa didn't let you go any further.
She gripped your foot between her teeth. You swam as hard as you can, and you can feel the air go stale in your lungs. You pulled you down for a second before encasing her teeth around your rib cage. With a quick crunch your ribs snapped and punctured your lungs. Your scream allowed your mouth to be filled with water. Another chomp was at the base of your neck. You lost conscious soon after she sucked your body in.
Risa felt the bones of her meal crush inside her mouth as she resurfaced and pulled herself out of the water. Silly mouse, she thought to herself as she swallowed, I wish he'd stay in the boat and let me gulp him down. That little mouse girl could use some company in there. Risa wiped the blood from her lips and rested her body on one of the lawn chairs. She had her share if mice for the day. She laid her head back, he body in the full shade of an umbrella and slept her meal away.
