You and Ms Mowz began hunting together. As far as traveling goes, Ms Mowz let you ride on her head, holding on to her ears. She did a lot of running and jumping like the literal ninja that she is, making your ride bumpy but still better than nothing. Seriously, she can jump over buildings like they're nothing!
Anyway, you were both traveling around the fields that you first met and heard her sniffing, saying she has a nose for this kind of stuff and it shows. Her nose is like a metal detector. You couldn't help but find this cute.
You both came up on a stone building that you can tell is abandoned. "Yes! There's definitely something here! And no one in plain sight!" Ms Mowz said. She jumped high enough to reach an open window and just like that, you were in.
The inside was predictably messy but that was to be expected. Traveling to another room, you were both surprised to fine cells! Was this place a prison? You both you got your answer after seeing a worn out sign that said the name of this place:
Stonewall prison!
A bit on the nose but hey.
As Ms Mowz was snooping around, you couldn't help but feel like something was watching you. It made you ask, "Hey. Do you think this place is haunted?" Ms Mowz answered "Possibly. If so, this isn't a first for me." You weren't sure how to react to that.
Ms Mowz came to an office that was empty aside from a decaying desk. Sniffing some more, Ms Mowz came to a wall and said, "There's something behind here." Looking around, there was a hole on the far side. "Ok sweetie. Your turn now." You saw that the hole was too big for her but not you. You jumped off and with your tools that thankfully also shrunk, you got to digging. You passed through the hole and found yourself in another room! You looked around and saw a door that apparently leads back to where Ms Mowz is waiting. You used your grappling hook, aiming for the door and you managed to latch onto it. You pulled hard, turning the knob and the door popped open. Exiting out, you looked at the other side of the door and saw some old wallpaper hanging on. Ms Mowz came forward and remarked, "Hm hm hmm. Wallpaper. Classic." She picked you up and carried you around until you saw a sack just sitting there. She sniffed once more and said, "Yes! This is it!" Before opening the sack.
Inside was a bunch of gold coins! You gasped in excitement, "Score!" Ms Mowz then thought for a moment, "Hmm you know. This actually reminded me of something. Awhile ago, someone in Rogueport robbed a place and while the thief was caught, the money was never recovered!" You just replied, "Yeah, I heard Rogueport had a bad reputation." Ms Mowz spoke again, "Well it's not really what I was going for but finders keepers! We can use it for dinner later on, hmm?" You nodded and Ms Mowz carried the sack. As they were about to leave, they heard something.
It sounded like a jail cell opening and closing. They looked at each other and slowly crept out. Looking around, they couldn't see anyone. Probably just the wind?
No!
Slowly, a figure started appearing! It was a male with an angry look. He spoke, "Those are MY coins! I stole them first!" This was the robber from a while ago? You were shaking in fear. Ms Mowz felt it and gently pat you, "Don't worry, dearie. Just close your eyes and hold on tight." You asked in worry, "What? Are you going to fight that thing???" "Just trust me now." Ms Mowz simply said. You did as she said, not wanting to look at the ghost. Ms Mowz shouted to the ghost in a singsong tone, "Come and get me now!" The ghost lunged at her but at the last second, Ms Mowz jumped, dodging the spirit and made it onto a window. "Too slow! Adieu!" She taunted before jumping down leaving the ghost behind as he shouted at his lost loot.
After getting far enough, Ms Mowz comforted you, "It's ok now, sweetie. You can open your eyes now." And you did and saw you were outside again. You sighed in relief while Ms Mowz giggled, "Well now that wasn't so bad, was it?" You rubbed the back of your head and said, "Uh ok." Ms Mowz praised you, "And just as I thought, you and your size and tools helped out a lot. But now I think that's enough excitement. Shall we go home now?" You nodded and she gave you another kiss before putting you back on her head. You rode on while wondering who that person was, not that should matter because you definitely didn't want to go back there again. All you wanted to do was enjoy another roller coaster ride courtesy of Ms Mowz.
