Go to center city Tokyo

As soon as you get off the boat, you tell Jackson that you're heading to center city Tokyo, and that he can come with you if he wants.
"Sounds fun. I'm starving, though. Let's stop and get some food on the way."
"Sure." You say. You're pretty hungry too. You both stop at a nearby restaurant and get some food, and then you head to center city. There are a couple of historical statues on display that you get pictures with. You both stop at a store to get English to Japanese dictionaries. That's when you see a suspicious looking man in a cloak carrying some strange device.

You have the following choices:

1. Follow him on your own

2. Follow him and drag Jackson with you
