Mr. Nelson, You and Nathan's boss started
"So you've all noticed the new fad, or craze or whatever you want to call it, how men everywhere are getting hyper-feminized, I know I see several men everyday, dressed more girly than the average woman dresses nowadays.
You got a sinking feeling in your stomach, you just hoped this wasn't going where you thought it was.
"Plenty of news sites, have done stories on it, and some have had first hand stories from reporters that are a part of it, but few, if any have had any stories from people that are new and trying it for the first time, I want an inside look at a newbie"
"Now, this should be a big story, and maybe even get a weekly column, so it'll come with a nice bonus, so before any of you try and ask for it, I've already chosen who i want to do the story.
"You got a pit in your stomach, this was Karma, he was gonna have you do it, you could just feel it.
And Wouldn't you know it
"I've chosen Kevin as the writer." (I don't think the main characters name had been given yet, if so edit)
Their was a mix of groans, and breathes of relief, some would do anything for a bonus, other's glad they wouldn't have to go through it.
"That's it for today get back to work" He passes you and asks you to see him in his office, so you dutifully follow him.
Nathan, gives you a look thats a mix, of laughing at you, and feeling bad for you, your not sure which one more though.
Mr. Nelson closes the door behind you. He was always one to do all the talking, so you just waited and listened to what he had to say.
"I know you don't want the story, but you are one of my better writers, and deserve a big story, and second, I gave it to you because you wouldn't just become one of them overnight, like some of the others would, you'll look at it objectively and give me an honest report, I trust you to do so, you were my best choice, The paper will be footing the bill, for any clothes or alterations you need or want, especially if its liked, this could turn into a long term gig, with weekly reports on what its like being a hyper-feminized man, you start today. take the rest of the day off and get started, come into work tomorrow Boi, or a Foman or whatever the PC term is for them.
He made good points, some of the other writers were a bit to gung ho and always seemed to give glowing reviews for new things, thinking positive reviews went better than negative, you were one of few who didn't sugar coat.
"I... Don't like this, but... Understand your decision," choosing your words slowly. You tried to think of something to say that could get you out of it, but found nothing, you sighed, giving up, "I'll see you tomorrow."
