They ate their Ramen and Naruto was wondered because Sakura treated him as a friend, but in the ending of the lunch Naruto got asleep, Sakura had put some sleeping pills in his food.

Sakura: it's because you have your owners in your face, and you've been tied to my bed firmly. (Said Sakura laughing)

Naruto opened his mouth wide hoping that the taste of Sakura's hard training (her feet sweat) was not too disgusting

Naruto : Delicious... (Said Naruto swallowing with a forced happy face)
Sakura: Now eat the debris between my toes! eat the toe jam! Right! Collect all of them in your mouth!
Naruto was every single second about throw up, but he was to scared, so he just did what Sakura ordered
Sakura: Look at you! You depend on my feet! (Said Sakura laughing)
Sakura: oh you are such a good slave! I have just to order and you fulfill each of mine desires!
Sakura: how are my toe jam? Tasty?
Naruto: yes mistress Sakura! I love them!
Sakura: even better than ramen?
Naruto: of course my goddess, the taste of my owner is incomparable!
Sakura: Good, open your mouth wide now! (Said Sakura putting all of her toes and lot of her feet inside Naruto's mouth)
Sakura: Deeper! I want to touch your tonsils
Naruto was about to gag
Sakura put one foot deeper in Naruto's throat and the other on his nose, using her big toe and her ring-finger to close his nostrils
Sakura: ok now don't move or i'll use my pain-creator justsu!
Hearing that Naruto didn't move a single muscle till the foot on his mouth and the other on his nose by blocking air to his body made him pass out.
What else Sakura will think up for her poor slave?
