As Richard was drying off he felt a tingle go through his face. He reached up with a hand touching his skin. It felt completely smooth. Looking in the mirror he saw his face as smooth as the day he was born.
"This can't be real I must be imagining things" he reasoned. He's been stressed since he woke up. "I must of shaved and forgotten about it" running a finger across his baby smooth face. He looked for the razor he used but he couldn't find any, almost as if he never had to shave.
Richard left the bathroom and went back to the room he awoke. He quickly got dressed and left the room. The woman from before seems to have retreated back to her room. He scoffed down some toast and went back to the room where his phone was vibrating. He saw a reminder that his classes will start soon. "Ok so I still have the same classes that's a relief"
He left the apartment and found out that he's a couple floors up. Heading down the stairs and into the car park. He wasn't even surprised to see his car there. He still had his keys. He then realised that he's now living in the same neighbourhood as Rica. "Maybe it isn't all bad. Maybe I can see her more" he thought smiling.
His happiness soon died when he realised that he's now an hour away from college. Luckily there wasn't too much traffic or he would of been late. On the way he thought about what happened. "Could I be hallucinating?" He kept on glancing at his reflection seeing how smooth his face looked. He just dismissed it as his mind playing tricks on him.
