Peter thought hard about the list of friends and allies available to her. The Fantastic Four were out in space somewhere. Doctor Strange had been summoned to another dimension. The Avengers were in Asia for some reasons, Peter forgot to read the memo on that one.
She didn't want to Spring this on Mary Jane, or Aunt May, yet. Her mind raced through a bunch of suitable candidates to help her. Eventually one popped into her head. Felicia Hardy, a.k.a. the Black Cat. She was an ex-cat burglar who could help Peter get back into the lab and look around for the information she needed. Peter looked down at her newly formed breasts, if nothing else, Felicia could lend her a shirt.
She checked her balance, the center of gravity was odd, it was a bit lower to the ground, but it it easier to move. She jumped up against the wall and touched it. Her grip on it was solid. Her powers seemed stable, even after the change.
"It doesn't look like that liquid is altering my DNA too much. Just the X-Y Chromosomes." Peter thought.
Peter quickly descended the building, and made it to street level. She looked around for any video cameras or people taking pictures with their cell-phones, but couldn't see anyone. Not that it really mattered, he wasn't planning on staying female long, and pictures of her like this wouldn't give away her identity.
Taking the subway, Peter eventually made her way to Felicia's apartment. No one had even tried to grope her on the subway, her trip under the manhole cover made sure that smelled enough that everyone gave her three feet of space in public.
Taking the elevator up several stories, Peter knocked on Felicia's door.
"Hello?" Peter said.
"Just a minute." Felicia's voice responded.
The door opened, and Felicia looked around the hall to see no one.
"Hello?" she said.
"Up here." Peter said.
Felicia looked up and saw with woman. "Neat trick." she said.
Peter dropped down right in front of her. "Felicia, it's me, Peter." she said. "I did that roof stunt to save us time in convincing you it was me."
Felicia was quiet for a second, and looked closely at the woman. She analyzed the woman's face.
"Peter, it is you!" she said. "And you stink!"
"I need help." Peter pleased.
"Come in." Felicia invited her friend. The girl entered the apartment, and they closed the door behind them.
"What happened?" Felicia asked.
Peter went into detail about her day, leading up to the moment of the change. "...And then I came here." she finished.
"Are you in pain, or feeling mentally different in anyway?"
The girl looked down at her breasts. "I don't think so. I mean, I feel smaller, and not as strong, like I can only lift 20 tons instead of 50." she answered. It was supposed to be a joke to lighten the mood, but secretly, it was true."
"So you're not dizzy, or feel like blacking out?"
"No."
"Good. Then there is no reason for you not to take a shower." Felicia said.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
