Keiko Nishimura held up her hands in supplication. After all, abandoned tombs shouldn't have people in them and the twenty six year old researcher knew this tomb held no one living except for herself and sometimes, her crew.
"Who are you? What are you doing here?"
The figure stepped into the light then, revealing a hugely fat woman, her eyes glowing red.
"My name would be impossible for you to pronounce with your limited tongue. You can call me Glut and you are the lucky mortal that gets to become my Avatar."
"Why me?"
"Oh, I just needed the first mortal I came across. Nothing personal, but let's get to know you better." The figure moved impossibly fast, a tubby hand pressing lightly against Keiko's skull. All her life flowed into Glut's brain, the being smirking as she finished. "Well, my dear Keiko, let's get you home to your beloved Diana, hmm?"
"Do whatever you want to me, but please don't hurt her!"
"I'm not going to hurt anyone, Keiko. I'm just going to expand horizons and your wife will be a wonderful first time. Now sleep and when you come to you'll be with your Diana again."
Keiko passed out a moment later, thoughts of Diana the last thing she was aware of.
