As you stand there, staring down your frightened elder sister, darkness begins to grip at your consciousness. Your vision, hearing, and other senses rapidly fade into nothingness. You try to fight it but there's nothing you can do against this seemingly unstoppable force. Before long they're gone entirely, leaving your mind floating alone in an empty void. Even your body seems to have disappeared though without your senses it's not as if you can really tell.
"Adam, can you understand this?" Aly asks. Oddly enough, you can somehow tell that you're not hearing this; the voice is coming directly from your mind.
"Yes, Aly. What the hell is all of this? Where am I? Where are you?" you demand.
"Technically, you're still in the doorway. However, I've locked away your senses entirely. You're a vegetable right now."
"Locked them away? Aly, you need to explain what the hell is going on. Right now."
"I didn't want you to find out this way, but, well, I'm a goddess Adam."
"You can't be serious..."
"Oh, but I am. And since you know my secret, I'm afraid I can't just let you go."
Your blood turns to ice, or it would have, could you still feel it. If Aly truly is as powerful as she lets on, there's no way she can't just snuff out your life in an instant. This could very well be your end.
"What then, you gonna kill me?" you ask in fear.
"Don't be so pessimistic! I've got something better planned: you're gonna be my pet."
"Your pet? What, you gonna turn me into a dog?"
"Don't be silly. No, since we can't keep up the sister-brother routine anymore you'll just have to serve me. Kinda like a slave, but better."
The world suddenly comes rushing back to you as your senses are reactivated. When you come to you find yourself in the doorway just as Aly had said. She's standing abreast of you, her hand resting casually on your shoulder.
"Now then, I gotta get going," she explains. "Don't worry about school today, Adam. Just have my room cleaned by the time I get back, 'kay?"
Aly departs to her car, leaving you alone in the house. It seems you've become trapped in her little game. The question is: do you play along?
