Fact: In the original design Xavier had a completely different weapon which that weapon was so crazy and hard to explain or describe that I decided against it.
Move-set: Metal bender right here, also damn chain attacks
-Quarter, grabbing your arms and legs with chains making you extremely open to attack
-Forest of chains, his special which chains go flying and attaching in all directions and anything can happen in this place. Effects vary on location.
-Chain trap: iron maiden, spike chains will either wrap around you or in your surrounding area and a day of pain will await you
-Constrict, regular chains wrap around you, but with enough force that it can crush you...ya better be quick AND GET THE F' OUT
-Projectile stopper, can stop projectiles coming at him, just as long as they are metallic
-Metal manipulation, will control any material that is made of metal and either use it for offense, defense, or annoy you.
-Metal break down, breaking down metallic objects and then using what remains to attack you. Warning this thing is a douche and metallic dust is so versatile.
Story: He wasn't born with that ability, he was one of the many different human experiments to create either living weapons or give people super powers of a sort, which as you can see this one was successful. What was different was that this was in the confines of a well-known prison which is doubling as a secret science facility continuously experimenting on prisoners without the consent of the government and doing it to sell those people as living weapons. The special thing is that this man is used as the secret weapon incase of prisoner break-outs which happen under consent of very skilled individuals that were locked up there. Yes this man actually is necessary because this prison island has some powerful people locked up and there has been people strong enough to break out successfully.
