Weapon: A very custom-made scythe that glows green, watch it hurts a lot and even the hilt is spewing acid.
Special: He has many, many acidic attacks
Fact: Dieter did have an extraordinary skill with a scythe before he went mutant monster of Alcatraz.
Move-set:
-Acid fission, glows green, impales the ground with his scythe and then the cracks in the ground glow green and everything just goes to crap...boy you better run!
-Acid razor, scythe glows green and he swings the scythe to 'shoot' out a acid razor projectile(s)
-Passive: Corrosive radiation, passively he emits a high amount of radiation, stand near him for a certain amount of time and you can get messed up.
-Corrosive breathe, not only does it smell horrendous, but it's effect couples with that to boot!
-Melting grip, when he grabs you, you are in for a world of burning pain
Story: Originally condemned to this prison on accounts of several murders and robberies, which the murders he didn't do, but the robberies he did. Overall he is actually good if you get to know him, but unfortunately that was the past, this is the present. The prison he went to is secretly a facility to create human/living weapons for military or other malicious intents. As you can see he was one of the few that actually succeeded, but he had lost all feelings of his humanity and had become a puppet for the puppet master to play with. Quite a twisted experiment, no?
