He stands at the end of the corridor, rubbing his fists together like a boxer. “You’re going down, Deluma.” He grumbles. Looking up, he sees the exit, guarded by multiple anthros who are armored up. Kiba breathes in, relaxing for a moment before he acts, planning his actions. The door was large, about twice as big as any normal anthro, and the room was large. There are many corridors leading to this gargantuan room.
He surges forward, running as fast and as noisily as he can. “Hey! Over here!” He shouts. A couple of the guards were visibly startled, but the majority were able to keep their head. They all run forward as Kiba darts out of their vision. Two of them stayed behind to guard the exit. Kiba grunts. Leading most of them off, he hopes for the best that the others are able to make it out. They run behind Kiba, hoping to catch him. No one shoots, even though they have guns. Kiba runs into the test room, and the oblivious guards rush to get him. With his experience, Kiba is able to gracefully dodge the jutting platforms and pillars that obscured the exit door. The guards on the other hand, were stumbling and shouting.
Kiba makes a full circle. Almost out of breath, he sees the four humans with Niel in the lead. Kiba’s heart sank when he realized that there were still two guards left at the front who were well hidden. They were about to get the jump on them, but Kiba yells, “Watch out!” and runs forward. The two guards, a bat and a shark, were surprised for a moment, but they turned their attention to Kiba. The old man pushed the three others forward and turned around.
“Ya’ll ain’t just dealin’ with a youngster, ya gotta deal with me too!” He yells. The guards prepare to be attacked from two sides. Kiba tackled the shark with full force, battering him down to the ground. The old man does the same to the bat. Niel works a nearby control panel, fidgeting and pressing buttons to hopefully open the door. The bat pushed the old man off of him, but the shark has a harder time dealing with Kiba the boxer. The shark attempts to use his training to get the human off, but Kiba is smarter than that. The shark shoves Kiba off and tried to gain his balance, but Kiba, instead of simply backing off, gets up and slams the shark back to the ground. The old man was being overpowered by the bat.
“Aha!’ Niel exclaims. A large ring goes off, and everyone covers their ears. (except Niel for some reason.) The four who were fighting each other stop their tussle and look towards the door. The old man scrambles out of the bat’s reach, and Kiba gets up off of the shark. The huge door opens from the sides, like a hangar. Niel is ecstatic in his achievement until he looks over to the others. Light floods the large room. Kiba runs forward and tackles the bat from behind, effectively having disabled both anthros from getting up.
“Go!” Kiba commands. Niel tries to protest saying that the door is about to close and they can’t leave without him, but Kiba is dismissive about it, “Go now!” He shouts angrily.
“I know where to take them, Kiba! We’ll come back for you!” Niel exclaims, then leads the other three humans out.
