Changing of the Guard('s) Uniform

You remember that your supervisor, that troll Fran wanted you to see her in her office. You make your way to her office, which itself takes you thirty minutes as you let out a sigh. Fran was a nice troll and a fair boss to work for, but she seemed to like humans a little too much. A lot of times, she treated you more like a doll than a human being and redesigned your uniform all the time.

But Fran wasn't like what you'd expect from a troll, especially in the intelligence department. No, she was much worse. The woman was so dense, she couldn't even speak properly. How they found her trustworthy to promote to manager of Gravefield Beach is beyond you. But you just let out a sigh and hope to get this over with as you enter the human door she installed for you.

"Fran?" you ask. "Fran? You wanted to see me?" You feel earthquakes and then look up at your troll giantess employer. "Stephen early," says Fran. "Stephen good lifeguard." Fran picks you up and places you on her desk as you let out a grumble. "Fran, what happened this time? You know I can't do much without Roxy." "No mission," says Fran. "Fran make Stephen new uniform." "What's wrong with my uniform?" "Not cute enough," says Fran. "Fran has new idea. Fran have new design for lifeguard costume."

Fran reaches into her desk and you let out a groan, knowing the new uniform might very well be embarrassing or demeaning. What is the uniform Fran has in mind?
