Tootie came to Timmy complaining that she hates how Vicky has been treating her lately. She then show Timmy the diaper that Vicky is making her wear. This gives Timmy the perfect idea for him and Footie to get back at Vicky. How does Timmy's wish to turn Vicky into a diaper wearing and using baby who has to listen and do what ever Timmy and Tootie say?

(a) Vicky's favorite drink had a chemical added to it that makes the drinker think, talk, move, and act like a baby.
(b)Vicky's favorite snack had a chemical added to it that makes the drinker think, talk, move, and act like a baby.
