Jonathon's wife, Mabel had asked him to pick her up at the mall at 3:30. Jonathon was on time and he took his dog Max. Jonathon decided to get out of the car and take a smoke and wait for his wife. Max came with him, but they didn't allow dogs inside the mall so they waited at the front entrance for Jonathon's wife.
"Mabel I tell you I don't know what got into Max. I was just standing here waiting for you. Max was just standing with me as usual. Then something must have spooked him. He started pulling on the leash. I had to use all my strength to hold him back. I kept saying 'Max Stop' but he kept pulling. Out of desperation I shouted ''Max you stop right now or I'll take you to obedience training, right after I have you neutered.' He quieted down after that. But he has been pacing back and forth like this ever since.'
From Kevin's perspective:
I was walking out of the mall when all of a sudden I saw a blue flash. Then I couldn't see right, everything turned black and white like I became color blind. I looked up and I was sort of on the floor, but in front of me I saw man that looked like me. That man started to run, so I wanted to follow. But something around my neck was holding me back. I pulled and pulled but I couldn't go to follow that man who looked like me. He ran around a corner and I couldn't see him anymore. Finally I gave up. I looked back and someone was holding a leash that was attached to me. He looked awfully big. I kept pacing back and forth I don't know what to do.
