Tails rubbed his head, and walked downstairs. He found more pictures, all of them showing him as a girl. There was at least one with each of his friends and family, and quite a few with Sonic, Sally, and Fiona. Oddly, whereas Fiona had always been uncomfortable with Tails' affections for her, but in these photos, she seemed much happier with the female Tails, while his relationships with Sonic and Sally seemed to be reversed. Sonic appeared to be a more parental figure and a mentor, while the photos with Sally showed them almost like sisters, hugging. In fact, he noticed that whereas he had often mimicked Sonic's style, the female Tails had red, knee-high boots, no gloves, and a red sleeveless jacket, much like Sally's clothing.
Now even more confused, Tails got to the bottom of the stairs, and decided to ask one of his friends about these anomalies. However, where he had left his normal red and white sneakers, there were now the red, slightly-heeled boots from the photos.
