You choose muscle!

I'd like some muscle " you say.

"Ok my young friend," he says as he hands you the gem, "Just be careful. Call my name out loud if you need help or the side effects happen."

"Right," you say looking down at shiny gem, when you look up, he's gone.
You walk home with a smile on your face and you arrive home to discover a note on the kitchen counter:

'Out for the weekend, don't destroy the house! -Mom and Dad'

You smile and wonder what you should do with your new gem?

You sit on the couch and place the gem on the table, then ask, what should I do?
Invite a friend over?

Or try gaining muscle alone?
