To ensure scientific independence, you'd picked a target at random. The room start to turn dizzyingly around. Your eyes assuring you it wasn't but your body feeling like it was being tossed about. Closing your eyes helped the rising nausea. Focusing on your breathing and keeping it steady helped too.
As you kept on breathing, it started to feel odd. As if you were working two sets of lungs, each slightly differently inflated. Starting to gag and feel faint, you kept going until that sensation passed too. But, a new oddity replaced it. As you breathed, your chest felt heavier... shallower and weaker too. But, harder to breathe, as the thought penetrated, you had an epiphany.
Eyes snapping open, you instantly looked down, spotting the bust you now carried! As other impressions filtered through, you could feel something coating your face. Your lips felt bloated, and realised you were wearing make-up.
Looking wildly around, an assistant approaches a mirror in hand and you finally get to see your face.
