Run out of the hotel screaming in terror

You run out of the door, all pretenses of secrecy abandoned in your panic. Unfortunately, this hotel is unfamiliar to you. It shares the same basic design that all hotels have, but the small differences are what counts. Such as where the exit is.

Running in a random direction, you glimpse a sign indicating stairs. Taking the indicated left turn, you sail onto the staircase, miraculously not tripping on your ridiculous heels. The different floors become indistinguishable from one another, each level blending together into a pink fur edged continuation. The sound of your screaming and heels clacking echoes throughout the stairwell.

Finally, you reach the bottom floor and quickly push open the doors... which disastrously lead to the hotels indoor pool.

In your screaming panicked state, are you still rational enough to realize you should slow down and be careful, or does the pool not even register in your mind as you continue running towards the far door marked "Exit"?
