Robert gets a special watch that lets him change reality for two hours at a time. |
| Your name is Robert Dansbury. You're 18 and you've just started college. A few weeks after your parents dropped you off at school, you find a mysterious package in your mailbox. It's from your father and includes a note telling you that he's disappeared, and to keep the Reality Shift Watch (RSW) a secret. Apparently a government organization is pursuing him, and he leaves the watch in your care to keep it safe. In the note is also an explanation of its powers: 1. Allows you to change the way everyone sees reality on a global or local scale. For example: you decide to give yourself breasts. If you change reality on a global scale, all men in the world grow breasts and that's the way it has always been. If you change reality on a local scale, only you grow breasts but no one thinks it is abnormal. 2. The watch can create whole new stories and events in reality to account for the changes you make. For example: you decide to make a woman hyper-intelligent on a global scale. This makes all women in the world hyper-intelligent, thus forcing the watch to make them the dominant gender, ie all Presidents are women. 3. The watch's powers last only for two hours, unless you hit the Permanent button. If you do, all of the changes you have made are then the default settings of reality. If you make new changes, they'll only last for two hours. 4. If you tell someone about the watch's power, they become immune to its effects and will know how reality shifts. Characters: 1. Robert Dansbury: 5'9" average guy, with slightly muscular build and good looks. Brown hair, green eyes, he's in college with a major in biochemistry. He loves adventure, and has always harbored a secret love for gender bending fantasies. 2. Mark Dansbury: Robert's father, 6'3", very muscular man, 51 years old and with a full head of brown hair. Blue eyes and devilish good looks, Mark is a research scientists who develops the RSW. He disappears at the beginning of the story. 3. Nguyen Minh-Ho: Robert's girlfriend, 5'0", petite Vietnamese girl with a spunky attitude. 18 years old, same as Robert, she is also attending the same university as he is. She is one of the first to be affected by the RSW. 4. Roger Platts: Robert's best friend, 6'0", red hair and freckles with a gangly build. He lives in the same building as Robert does and is always helping him out in his adventures. Please remember to keep it: -PG-13. Sex is allowed, but nothing explicit and don't go into the nitty gritty details. -Please advance the story! It's okay to have it come to an end, but make sure there are plenty of transformations in the meantime. -Don't let Robert die. Others can die, but he should stay alive. -Have fun! Go wild with the swaps and reality changes, think of anything you want! |
